About

A quieter way to make serious records.

The ListenLounge is built around the moment when artists settle in.

There is a different rhythm to working outside the city. The clock feels less aggressive. The room feels more generous. Ideas can develop without the constant sense that the next booking, the next neighbour or the next curfew is about to interrupt.

The 100-acre property gives sessions a natural pulse. Mornings can begin with mist over the paddocks or dew on the grass. Breaks can mean a walk through the bush, time by the lake, fishing, a mountain bike ride, or a quiet reset before stepping back into the control room.

The facility combines a professional recording environment with the comfort of a country stay. Studio A gives ensembles room to perform. The piano room provides a dedicated home for the Shigeru Kawai SK5. The isolation booth supports vocal and instrumental focus.

The property

Quiet outside. Focus inside.

Artists come here to work, but the space around the work matters. The landscape creates distance from routine: water, native trees, wildlife, open sky, winter frost, spring wattle, and the glow of a fire after a long day of listening.
